NAMS MEMBERSHIP (MAMS)
- Eligibility Criteria
- Anyone who has completed at least 5 years after Post graduate qualifications (MD/ MS/ M.Sc./ M.Phil./ MDS/ MPH/ M.Tech or equivalent) or Post Doctorate (DM, M.Ch, PhD, D.Phil., DSc or equivalent), can apply for MAMS
- The Applicant should provide an undertaking that there is no proven case for ethical misconduct in research or research publication against him/her.
- The Applicant should be an Indian citizen.

- Online application can be filled online on NAMS Website: www.nams-india.in.
- Applications are received throughout the year.
- Application for Award of Members by passing Examination conducted by NBE: Those candidates who pass the examination conducted by the National Board of Examinations will individually submit an application for admission as Member of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, duly proposed by at least one Fellow of the Academy certifying the character and conduct of the candidate. Subject to the approval of the Council of the National Academy of Medical Sciences, the candidate will be admitted as member after paying one time life subscription fee of Rs. 12,000/- (inclusive of admission fee of Rs.2,000) as may be determined from time to time, and after executing the Bond of Obligation. (This is effective from the batches who have passed the N.B. Examination held in November 1992 and onwards).
